Drive - The drive team pulled out the old 2005 robot and started practicing. We need some new drivers, so tryouts are beginning. The drive team is also working on creating the field components needed for practice. One side of the eight-sided rack has been completed.
Design - "Hitting the drawing board" and trying to design this year’s robot. They are looking over the rules of the game and trying to better understand what actually has to be done. Runs different situations to see whether a tube stacking robot or robot-lifting robot. At the end of the day we decided to try to make the best tube stacking robot.
Marketing - Choosing this year colors and after a quick vote found that we would keep last year colors, red, black, yellow.
Web Design – We disgust and brain stormed what we need to have on the site this year in order to have a winning site. There were lots of ideas and plenty of things to put on the site. By the end of the week, all the brain storming was done and the decisions were final on what the website will contain, and the webpage’s site map was done.
